Viviane and I have decided to hit as many Friday buffets as we can before we leave. We both were turned on way late to the awesomeness that is the Dubai Friday Buffet. The attached video is me (again) talking too much as my crepe flambé is being flambéed. The best part is of course that Mohammed Ali serves me ice cream. After I saw the video later I finally heard what Nanda reports to be his country of origin. I know it as Burma. My bad. (Don’t worry Dad / Aunt Susan, I paid attention and I now know how to make the post baked crepe even more kickass.)
