Not all restaurants have shisha. Those that do also allow cigarette smoking. Cosmo, the name of the restaurant that I eat at 3 to 4 times a week, is a non smoking restaurant, but you can smoke on there patio. They do not offer shisha.
Most malls are not smoking, but a good percentage of restaurants allow smoking. I am under the impression that all establishments that serve alcohol allow smoking, but some limit its use to a specific area, others do not. It is like livin’ in the 90’s basically.

i wish there were a few places here that still allowed you to do both. just one would be nice.
