Eating Burritos

I have all kinds of cool yummy things to make for friends when I host my open house in a week or two.
With out Katie Taylor this would not be possible.

You see Katie the baby maker got the packages in the mail and they arrived on Thursday. She did an amazing job of making sure everything was packaged in a way as if my belongs were on their way to Vienna to be hung on a wall for museum patrons to view.

Have I mentioned yet in this post how much simple things like Tapatio can change your entire month? Well I have now. I found a bag of cumin for 1.35 Dirhams. It is enough for at least a year. That is like 40 cents by the way. Mix that with the magic of Tapatio and you have a fiesta. Tonight I party. Thanks to my lil sis.

Time to make Burrito numero dos.

… oh baby, the cheese is melting, I will look at for a minute or two.

I wanted to take photos of the food. But I took the camera outside today. I wanted to take shots of builds and Old Town. The camera shut down. It would not power on. It is really humid and until I figure out how to acclimate the camera to this weather, I am having real issues taking even one photo. So you just need to trust me, I am eating Mexican food.

Now I must believe that Nick had to help Katie J. Not just sit and watch. So little man I appreciate that. This was a big deal for me to have this arrive. Thank you.
