“Hills are filled with fire”

I am back from June Lake and I had a great time.

We came home to find Sierra Madre on Fire. Some friends have been evacuated, which sucks. But as of right now their homes are still standing. Fire Chief Heidorff is busy and won’t be taking calls. Thanks Steve.

I am on the bow of Sunk Once and from left to right are Mr. Zelco, Nick, and Brother Jim.
In the background in front of Carson Peak is the Maxium. On board are Tranzow, Peter, and John. Also on Board is Sailor Jerry but he is below deck and you can’t see him. The Picture is looking south from Grant Lake.

2nd photo is Nick drinkin’ cream soda with his Dodgers cap.

We all caught fish and we ate what we caught.
Peter pulled of an iron skillet flash fry with flour and his secret seasonings.
Splendid.
Good wine.
Good times.

Thanks Dad and Peter for doing most of the cooking on land, I tried my best to feed to crew on the water.
